In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing the zd222 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any Gaming Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zd222 platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register an account and use the zd222 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and is strictly enforced at all times.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party when registering or using the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the zd222 platform or had an account terminated by zd222 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress or undue influence.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

During registration you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number. You may subsequently be required to submit identity documents for KYC verification, including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold only one active account on the zd222 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, zd222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and permanently bar the individual from the platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify zd222 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. zd222 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

zd222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functions or, in persistent cases, account closure. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the withdrawal amount.

4.4 Accurate Information

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Any change in your name, address, contact details, or payment method must be reported to the zd222 support team promptly. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

zd222 accepts deposits through the following Supported Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the equivalent value where USDT is used. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction within your account.

By initiating a deposit you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are your own and have been obtained through lawful means.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
• The payment method used is registered in your own name and has been verified or is in the process of being verified through the KYC process.

zd222 does not accept cash deposits, third-party transfers, or funds from unverified payment instruments. zd222 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that appears to involve funds from unlawful activity. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been registered and verified on the Member's account. zd222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.1 Processing Times

zd222 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, and SadaPay are typically processed within the same business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes are targets and may be affected by verification requirements, technical factors, or payment provider delays outside zd222's direct control.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Only funds from your Real Money Balance are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy all applicable Wagering Requirements.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the account withdrawal section.
• zd222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Where AML screening identifies a withdrawal as potentially suspicious, zd222 may suspend the withdrawal, freeze the account balance, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Member.

zd222 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses must be claimed within the time period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• zd222 reserves the right to specify which Gaming Products contribute to Wagering Requirements and at what percentage rate. Contribution rates vary by game type and are detailed in each promotion.
• Bonuses are offered at zd222's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to not affecting the rights of Members who have already claimed and are actively using a specific bonus.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Any Member found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members to systematically extract bonus value — will have their Bonus Balance and associated winnings forfeited. In serious cases, the Member's account may be permanently closed.

All Gaming Products on zd222 are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. By placing a bet, spin, or wager on any Gaming Product, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product and accept the outcomes produced by the game engine or live dealer as final.

8.1 Game Fairness

All slot titles, table games, and RNG-based products on zd222 are sourced from internationally certified game providers. The random number generators used in these products are independently audited and certified for fairness. Live dealer products operate in real time with human dealers and are streamed from certified studio environments. zd222 does not modify game logic or outcomes.

8.2 Betting on Cricket and Sports

In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate in real time and are final at the moment of bet confirmation. 8.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or display anomaly — zd222 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs and apply the outcome accordingly. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Real Money Balance. zd222's determination in such matters is final.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the zd222 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovering or reasonably suspecting any of the following, zd222 may immediately suspend the relevant account(s), freeze associated balances, void affected transactions, and take such further action as is appropriate including referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Money Laundering: Using the zd222 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of unlawfully obtained money.
• Match Fixing and Cheating: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or gaming product, or using any software, algorithm, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live casino games, or artificially inflate winnings.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the zd222 platform infrastructure, including its APIs, databases, or gaming software.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider regarding a legitimate zd222 transaction without first raising the matter through zd222's complaints process.
• Underage Gaming: Accessing the platform when under 21 years of age, or enabling a minor to access the platform using your account.

zd222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity, and zd222 actively provides tools and resources to help Members maintain control over their gaming behaviour. The following tools are available to all Members directly within their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to restrict the amount you can add to your account within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a set period of time.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further gaming activity is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gaming by applying a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, access to Gaming Products is restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the zd222 platform by submitting a self-exclusion request to our support team. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of a valid request and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

zd222 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where the platform has reasonable cause to believe that the Member may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including imposing deposit limits or initiating a temporary cooling-off period without prior request from the Member.

All content on the zd222 platform — including but not limited to the zd222 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of zd222 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zd222 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the zd222 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any zd222 content or software.
• Use any automated tools, bots, or scraping software to extract data from the zd222 platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the zd222 website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of zd222's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action in addition to immediate account termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zd222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider issues.

zd222's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their zd222 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zd222 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. zd222 will endeavour to notify Members of significant planned downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.

zd222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Upon account termination, the following consequences apply:

• Access to all Gaming Products and account functions will be immediately revoked.
• Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of termination will be returned to the Member via their most recently used verified payment method, unless the balance is subject to an ongoing investigation or has been identified as originating from fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Any Bonus Balance and associated wagering progress will be forfeited in full without compensation.
• Where termination results from confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious breach of these Terms, zd222 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the zd222 support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned via your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

zd222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, zd222 will notify active Members via the email address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the zd222 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. zd222 is committed to resolving all Member complaints and disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the zd222 platform — including a disputed game outcome, a delayed withdrawal, a bonus-related disagreement, or a billing discrepancy — you should follow the process outlined below.

15.1 Step One — Contact Support

Please include your registered account username, a clear description of the issue, the date and time the issue occurred, and any relevant transaction or game round identifiers. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.

15.2 Step Two — Formal Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome provided by the support team, you may request that your complaint be escalated to the zd222 Disputes Resolution team by clearly stating this in your follow-up correspondence. The Disputes Resolution team will conduct an independent review of your case and provide a written determination within 10 business days of receiving the escalation.

15.3 Final Determination

zd222's determination following the formal escalation process shall be considered final and binding in respect of all operational and platform-related disputes. zd222 commits to conducting all dispute reviews in good faith and in accordance with the principles of fairness and transparency that underpin its operation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulations under which zd222 operates. zd222 operates under international gaming frameworks and complies with the anti-money laundering, responsible gaming, and data protection standards required by its operating jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to, nor shall it, exclude or limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence where those laws apply to online gaming services. Pakistani Members are advised that they bear sole responsibility for determining whether their use of zd222 is lawful under any local laws that may apply to them personally.
